The Wonderlab FLEXI GOODPLAN™ is one of the most unique, affordable and flexible beauty and lifestyle subscription plans in Brunei Darussalam! With the list of choices you prefer, the beauty product and wellness will be delivered to you at your doorstep every month from as low as BND $24 only.

There are FIVE (5) different FLEXI GOODPLAN™ to choose from ranging between the price of BND$24 to $43 on monthly basis.

Subscribing to the Wonderlab  is as easy as 1, 2 and 3!

You have two options:

1. You can head over to any of our Wonderlab stores and sign the subscription agreement with us with our sales ambassador near you.
2. Alternatively, you could also drop us a message via our official social media page or email us at info@wonderlabbrunei.com and we will surely connect you with our sales agent. It’s that easy!

Under the Wonderlab FLEXI GOODPLAN™, you will be deducted by the first working day of the month.

Once you have successfully paid, your order will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days not including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Any of the Wonderlab FLEXI GOODPLAN™ subscription requires ONE (1) year commitment only. Afterwards, you can cancel your plan at any time!

If you wish to cancel your subscription plan, please do not hesitate to contact us:

1. we would require a minimum of ONE (1) month notice via E-mail or WhatsApp before the next deduction arrangement.

Upon receiving sufficient information and verification, our team will inform you to indicate a success of subscription account cancellation.

The subscription contract is based on a minimum of ONE (1) year cycle of TWELVE (12) months. The contract is auto-renewal whereby after the end of first cycle, the subscription account will auto renew for a new cycle. The cycle shall be repeated until a customer formally submit cancellation notice.

Good news! You have have unlimited amount of subscription accounts you want! You can even have up to 2-3 registration of the same Wonderlab + subscription you want!

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash. We only accept Credit / Debit Card payment or payment via bank transfer.

Wonderlab accepts transfer payment and direct card deduction for subscription. The following below will show the expected time of payment verification according to your banks:

Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD)      :               Up to 48 Working Hours

Baiduri Bank                                                             :               Up to 48 Working Hours

Standard Chartered Bank (SCB)                  :               Up to 3-5 Working Days

Your last product depends on the last payment made.

If payment of the current month has been made, the item will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days not including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will no longer receive the products
